RETURN / EXCHANGE

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resaleable condition. If you want to return or exchange an item please contact us by e–mail. Make sure to include your name, address and order number.

We can only accept items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Customers will be fully refunded — including shipping costs — by same mean the payment was made. It’s customers responsibility to pay for the return costs.

RETURN PROCESS

If you want to return an item, please contact us at customerservice@wetheknot.com— it must include your name, address, order number, and what items you want to return. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

All return packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit. Please send the returned package in its original box, if possible.

After the parcel arrives at our studio, it will be checked and, once approved, a refund will be processed within 3 working days. You’ll be notified by email when the refund is complete. Please wait a few days before the payment clears in your account.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you want to exchange an item, please contact us at customerservice@wetheknot.com — it must include your name, address, order number, what items you want to exchange, and the desired new size or color. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

All return packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit. Please send the returned package in its original box, if possible.

If the new item has a lower price than the original one, we’ll generate a single-use discount coupon for a future order. If it has a higher price, you will be asked to pay for the difference before shipping.

If the returned item(s) meet our standard requirements, we’ll process a new shipment in the next 5 working days. As soon as your parcel is shipped, you’ll get a shipment confirmation email with a new tracking number.

Please be aware that by using wetheknot’s website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out herein. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

Please be advised that our business days are from Monday to Friday.
We aim to meet the delivery timeline but bear in mind that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
In addition, we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen due to any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.
