Returns / Exchanges

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving the parcel, under the premise of being in their original condition.

We only accept items that are unused, unworn, and unwashed. For hygienic reasons, socks can not be returned or exchanged. You will be refunded for the returned goods by the same payment method used to make the purchase. The return costs will be deducted from your refund or exchange according to the Return fees table below.

Submit Return / Exchange

The process

Returning or exchanging an item is easy through our platform. Visit the Return center and type the e-mail address you used in your order, and your order number. Your submission will be reviewed by our team in 3 working days, and, if accepted, you’ll get a return label along with the instructions.

To ensure the integrity of the product and minimize material waste, we highly recommend sending the returned package in its original box or mailer. Once the parcel reaches our Logistics center, it will undergo inspection.

Your submission can be processed in 3 different ways:

REFUND TO PAYMENT METHOD

By choosing this option you will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the purchase. You'll be notified by email once it’s completed. Please wait a few days before the payment clears in your account.

REFUND TO STORE CREDIT

If you opt for a refund as store credit, you will receive a Coupon in your email inbox which is valid for 90 days after being issued.

EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

We offer the option for a size exchange of the same item. Please check in advance if the product you’re looking for is available online. If your returned item(s) meet our standard requirements, you will receive a coupon to be used within 15 days on a new order on our website. The coupon will deduct both the price of the product and the shipping fee. We will process the new shipment within the next 5 working days. As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
