Returns

Online orders can be returned within 15 days of receiving the parcel, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. For hygienic reasons, socks cannot be returned.

We do not offer exchanges. To get a different size or product, return your item and place a new order on our website — bear in mind that stock is limited and the same item may no longer be available in your size.

The process

To start a return, log in to your account on our website using the button in the top-right corner. If you don't have an account, enter the email address used at checkout to access your order.

Select the items you wish to return and submit your request. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

You are responsible for choosing and booking your own return shipping service. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Once the parcel reaches our warehouse, our team will review it within 3 working days. If accepted, you'll be refunded the value of the returned item(s), minus the original shipping cost paid at checkout — via the same payment method used for the purchase.
